Melting oak Aged grape Brandy

Melting Oak brandy displays the hints of rich, fruit and spicy notes leaving a lingering fresh and warmth feel on the palate. This fine, aged brandy also displays subtle sense of fruity sweetness, classic brandy fruit notes along with spice, pepper, and brightening whisps of aromatic citrus and florals.

Melting Oak is a fine brandy produced by distilling the wine made of grapes. After distillation, the Melting Oak brandy is aged in oak barrels for maturity. Also it achieves its natural golden or brown colour from the oak casks it was aged. After a period of aging, the mature brandy is mixed with distilled water to reduce the alcohol concentration.

Melting Oak brandy is traditionally served at room temperature (neat) from a snifter, a wine glass or a tulip glass. When drunk at room temperature, it is often slightly warmed by holding the glass cupped in the palm or by gentle heating. Excessive heating of brandy may cause the alcohol vapour to become too strong, causing its aroma to become overpowering.

Brandy may be added to other beverages to make several popular cocktails; these include the Brandy Sour, the Brandy Alexander, the Sidecar, the Brandy Daisy, and the Brandy Old Fashioned.

Melting Oak is a fine aged brandy that contains 38% ratio alcohol to volume (ALC. /VOL) and quantity of 700 ml. This is to be stored in a cool and dry place.

The Roo's Wines advice you to drink responsibly and pregnant ladies urged not to consume the alcohol as alcoholic beverages can be harmful to the unborn child.
